      Eligibility Requirements
      - The merchandise is purchased through our official consumer service channel
      - No long-term use or secondary sales traces on the commodity
      - Original packaging and matching auxiliary materials are completely retained
      Processing Restrictions
      - Returns caused by personal improper operation are not within the free service scope
      - Goods with irreversible damage cannot be processed for return services
      - Applications with incomplete information will be suspended until supplementary completion
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
